Communications Manager at PASMO/Guatemala, a member of PSI, where is responsible for the social and behavior change communication (SBCC) component of a sexual and reproductive health flagship program implemented in rural Guatemala. Haydee has experience in strategic health communication, designing and testing educational materials for youth and adults of different literacy levels; designing, production and evaluation of communication campaigns; and focus in gender transformative approaches. She has over 25 years of highly successful experience working for different national and international organizations from the areas of nutrition, agriculture, education and health. She holds M.A. in Social Communication for Development and M.A. and Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She is passionate for photography, gardening, and protection of flora and fauna.
