Michael is a development, ICT and Knowledge Management practitioner and an ordained Pastor.

He is a graduate from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone with a B. Sc. (Honours) in Economics and an M. Sc. in Development Management from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) in Sierra Leone. He also has acquired Diplomas in Statistics, Project Management, Personal Computer Support Engineering, Social Work, Mobile Data Solutions and Human Resources Management. He is also in the verge of receiving his Certified Knowledge Manager qualification from the International Institute of Knowledge Management in Washington, District of Columbia. Michael is multi-skilled with vast experience ranging from Health Programming to Information Technology.

Michael is currently the Knowledge Management Specialist of World Vision Sierra Leone having served as Area Development Programme (ADP) Manager for four (4) years. Prior to WVSL he worked in various positions ranging from ICT Officer to Senior Programme Officer in eight (8) nation and international NGOs.

Conferred as a Pastor in 2003 and Ordained a in 2007, Michael has planted five (5) churches in Sierra Leone under the leadership and covering of His Lordship the Bishop, Right Reverend Frederick Abu Sidique Koroma of Flaming Evangelical Ministries (femsl.org). He is currently the Assistant Pastor of one of the Ministry’s branch Churches in Freetown.

Michael is married to Avalyn with two (2) kids.
