Anne manages CDFU, a nongovernmental organisation that offers SBCC services. Expertise in the design and implementation of projects, formative researches to inform communication campaigns, strategy design and development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of communication campaigns addressing gender issues, health, HIIV and AIDS. This includes a toll-free hotline for information, counseling and referrals in health, gender and related issues.
