Ms. Yasmin Khan is working as the Program Director at Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs (BCCP) and guides a specialized team of multi-disciplinary staff to plan, conceptualize, design and implement Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategies. She has expertise in designing mass media campaigns, developing brand and demand generation interventions, producing communication messages and materials in print, audio visual and indigenous media; and, creating entertainment-education programs. Ms. Khan has more than 20 years of experience in the field of strategic communication focusing on Population, Health and Nutrition along with other socially, culturally and politically sensitive issues including human trafficking, public procurement reform, anti violence and tobacco control. She has been working closely with grass root as well as with the policy level professionals to bring synergy between the program goals and peoples' needs for positive change in the society. She facilitates workshops to transfer skills and expertise on strategic communication, entertainment-education programs, and message development.
