Peter Adewale Haastrup is a, communication specialist with more than 19 years post graduate experience in Journalism, Advocacy and Strategic Health Communication. I work with Johns Hopkins University/Centre for Communications Program, on the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI) project as; Advocacy, Strategic Behaviour Change Communication, Demand Creation Officer in its Lagos Field Office. This was the same position I held for the NURHI Phase 1 in Ilorin Kwara State of Nigeria. Prior to that, I worked as Strategic Behaviour Communications Officer with FHI 360 in its Osun Zonal Office, which I joined from BusinessDay newspapers, Lagos. I am a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Nigerian Union of Journalists and a certified Strategic Health Communications expert through the Leadership in Strategic Health Communication course, certified by the Johns Hopkins University, in conjunction with the Centre for Communications program Nigeria.
